Our Mission:

To be the online video and commentary home for the sport of lacrosse.

Our goal is to cover the sport of lacrosse in a unique, in-depth manner.   We will provide video, quality analysis and thorough coverage of the game as well as showcase the lifestyle and stars of lacrosse.

The Plan:

Phase 1:

Welcome to the new Lax United.  We are currently in phase one of our launch. 

True to our mission, phase one will bring you inside Major League Lacrosse through video and written commentary.  While Lax United is not MLL specific, its launch coincides with the start of the 2008 season and thus our initial coverage will be heavy on the world’s premier outdoor lacrosse league.  You will find no better source for MLL coverage and news on the sport’s biggest stars than LaxUnited.com.

Written Commentary:
Columnists Kyle Devitte and Dan Freshman from Lax Nation, MLL ESPN2 announcers Joe Beninati and Quint Kessenich and Lax United’s Jason Chandler will provide weekly commentary Monday through Friday throughout the 2008 season. 

In addition, news, notes, features, box scores and game recaps from the MLL can all be found on Lax United.

MLL Radio:
Lax United will produce daily radio podcasts hosted by Jason Chandler.  Podcasts will be available online or by download.  Jason will talk with a player, coach, GM or media member for each of the MLL’s ten teams each week.  Podcasts will also include weekly recap and preview discussions as well as interviews with members of the national lacrosse media. 

Above and beyond the MLL fans can find links to all the headlines from the NLL and College lacrosse as well as video highlights from both.
